« Air conditioner was very loud and there was no air in the hallways and it was 92 outside Room had a smell. We thought it was us but a little kid at breakfast asked another guest if their room smelled. We used to like it but will not stay here again. »

« Ideal for the budget, would suggest to go the extra mile and get a nicer one especially if you have a sensitive noise it smells like old man’s cologne that’s really strong throughout the whole hotel and some parts just smell like donkey butt. »

« When we arrived in our room there was what seemed to be blood stains on one of the beds and the mini refrigerator did not work. We call both issues to the front desk and both issues were solved quickly. »

« There were foot prints on the toilet set and the floor. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Noisy air conditioning system. Overall cleanliness mediocre. No attention to detail. »

« Je recommande. Y compris pour y rester plusieurs jours. Moi je n’étais de passage que pour une nuit mais vraiment bien à tout point de vue. Seul bémol peut être le côté peu chaleureux du personnel à l’accueil. »

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« This property was clean and located in a great location. We were able to walk through downtown and over to the Ann Morrison Park. We stayed here through July 4th and sat at the top of the parking garage to watch the fireworks- it was front row view… amazing show! If you stay here or are visiting Boise and enjoy handcrafted cocktails- you must check out Thick as Thieves! Some of the staff were extremely helpful. We did not eat at the hotel or experience their bar, we decided to venture out...

« The Grove was a great overnight stay for us! We had a concert at ExtraMile Arena and it was perfect walking distance. The room was clean and great for our needs. It’s a fun location right in the heart of downtown Boise. »

« Hotel and room were clean. All staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and there were lots of options. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfy. We have family now living in Boise so we will be back and will definitely choose to stay here again. »
